(Product Support Solutions), a premier contact center system integrator and service provider, has developed and published a software patch that corrects a recently discovered reporting consolidation issue with PeriReporter, a widely used IVR reporting product from Nortel. The patch, which resolves all aspects of a FY2010 naming issue, is available for free for all companies, including those currently without a Nortel or PSS service and maintenance contract.
