IVR Platforms

PSS can base your solution on any of several IVR platforms we represent.  Each platform has its unique advantages, and we'll work closely with you to determine which one best fits your business and technical requirements. We can deploy your IVR solution on a premise-based system that's installed in your own data center, or through a hosted service provider so you can fund the platform out of OpEx. No matter which deployment strategy you choose, PSS can monitor and support the entire solution 24x7x365 so you have no worries about ongoing performance.
