For more than a dozen years, Scott has been selling hardware and software solutions in the telecom market. He’s worked in everything from host-based transactions to web-based transactions and has leveraged his experience into many successful, long-term partnerships.
Scott’s ability to understand what options are available is combined with his knack for listening and understanding exactly what his customers need. Don’t let that liberal arts degree fool you. Scott’s a closet techie who isn’t afraid to dive into complex solution requirements. He has earned loyalty from numerous clients by combining technical skills with focus on shaping the most beneficial solution to fit the needs of his clients.
Previously, Scott was Vice President of Sales for First Data Voice Services and for West Interactive, both leaders in managed services and hosted IVR. He was also Director of Central Region Sales for the Nortel/Periphonics IVR Product Line.
Coaching sport for his children, Scott has spent many years on the basketball, baseball, football and soccer fields. Weekends with the family frequently include multiple sports. You might want to ask him about his former days on the football field.
Scott has a BA in Business Administration and Communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
