Scott has extensive knowledge of IVR, speech recognition technologies, CTI, CRM, and a wide variety of call center applications. Throughout his 25 years working with high-end software systems and call center automation technologies, Scott has left a trail of accomplishments. While at Nortel he was involved with the largest single enterprise order in the history of the IVR industry. In addition, his Voice Portal Solutions group led the industry by increasing US IVR port sales 86% over the previous year.
