Todd Funk

President, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Throughout his 20 year career in the telecommunications industry, Todd’s actions have been impacted by two key principles – always conduct yourself with integrity, and commit to doing what is right for the customer. Todd attributes much of his company’s success, and personal success, to focusing on these simple principles.

Keith Ward

Chief Technical Officer & Co-Founder

Keith is a Renaissance Man and Genuine Technical Visionary. He has a knack for finding the right technology to solve problems for customers, and started honing those skills early in his career. In 1993 he helped build one of the earliest Linux distributions (Slackware) and ran a newfangled “Web Browser” called Mosaic within X-Windows on an i386-16Mhz PC.

Archie Messenger

Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder

Archie’s telecommunications experience spans over three decades of customer service, technical support, training, and operations management. This skilled troubleshooter is no stranger to supporting mission critical systems.

Barbara McKenzie

Chief Legal Officer

Barbara brings more than 18 years of legal experience to PSS, including 15 years handling a wide range of intellectual property legal matters and five years exclusively in the telecommunications industry. Barbara’s professionalism and sense of urgency help ensure that customers experience smooth and coherent business transactions with PSS.

Joe Higuet

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Being responsible for establishing, managing and executing PSS’s sales and marketing activities is a big deal, and Joe couldn’t be better suited to deliver the goods.

Deb Elvidge

Executive Vice President, Professional Services Organization

Deb has 20 years of experience providing major enterprises with voice systems, applications, and solutions to enhance customer service in their contact centers. She’s particularly skilled at understanding, from the customer perspective, exactly what the organization is trying to achieve for customer service in the contact center. Deb and her development teams have built hundreds of IVR applications across industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare, utilities, transportation, retail, and government. She has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies with international deployments to mid-sized enterprises serving a region with a single call center.
