Being responsible for establishing, managing and executing PSS’s sales and marketing activities is a big deal, and Joe couldn’t be better suited to deliver the goods. He brings nearly 20 years experience developing and leading B2B sales and client services teams, selling enterprise class products and services in the Fortune 500/1000 markets. He’s one of the people who “get it” and know what it takes to create long-standing customer relationships.
Over the past several years, Joe focused his expertise on jump-starting early stage companies where he built three high-performance sales teams from the ground up. Some of the companies fortunate enough to benefit from Joe’s winning programs are Mosiax/Lucent Technologies, CapitalStream, and Varolii Corporation.
In addition to his focus on team development, Joe is an expert in sales operations and automation. He has led four successful sales force automation deployments that delivered significant sales productivity gains and provided consistent, reliable performance and forecast reporting.
