Chris is another veteran in telecommunications and contact center products and services market serving more than 25 years in the industry and working for BT, Mitel, Siemens, Periphonics and Nortel. A business studies graduate, Chris has worked in sales and marketing most of his life and recently ran Nortel's UK and Ireland Contact Centre sales team. During his 13 years service at Nortel, Chris became renown in the European market as an expert in his understanding of customer and stakeholder interactions and the use of technology to save money and offer world-class customer service to the end-customer. Chris was also involved in many of the very successful speech deployments in Europe, including some of the first implementations of large-vocabulary speech recognition applications in the United Kingdom.
