Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder
Archie’s telecommunications experience spans over three decades of customer service, technical support, training, and operations management. This skilled troubleshooter is no stranger to supporting mission critical systems. Archie began his career in the United States Air Force. At Strategic Air Command underground bunkers in Omaha, he was responsible for maintaining and servicing the large computer systems used to track real time status of operational forces all over the world. Archie rose to the role of Systems Supervisor and led his group of 46 Air Force personnel for over 5 years. Archie’s USAF-honed sense of urgency and operational discipline served him well during a successful 16-year career with Periphonics and Nortel. Most recently, he was responsible for over $10 million P&L as Manager of Western Region Support Operations for the Nortel/Periphonics IVR product line.
Customers appreciate Archie’s reassuring demeanor and his genuine desire to help. As Archie rose through the ranks, he never lost the roll-up-your-sleeves-and-fix-the-customer’s-problem attitude from his days on the front line as a Periphonics field engineer. To this day, Archie watches response times and first-time fix rates like a hawk.
Archie spends as much time as he can with his large family, consisting of enough children and grandchildren to field a football team, a hockey team, and a basketball team. Occasionally, he and his wife escape to the open road on his motorcycle, which he of course maintains in pristine condition.
